Reciprocal Golf, Reimagined

For decades, reciprocal golf has relied on phone calls, emails, staff coordination, and uncertain approval. Members can wait days to learn whether a tee time is available, while golf shops spend valuable time managing requests, payments, and already-busy tee sheets.

UGP replaces that fragmented process with a modern reciprocal network where verified members can view available tee times, book online, and receive immediate confirmation - while every participating club retains control over how it participates.

Why UGP Exists

Member expectations have evolved.

Today, people book flights, hotels, restaurants, and travel experiences online with immediate confirmation.

They expect convenience, transparency, and the ability to manage their own plans.

Yet reciprocal golf often remains one of the last travel experiences still dependent on emails, phone calls, and uncertain availability.

UGP was designed to modernize that experience.

Built Around Two Principles

1. A Better Booking Experience For Members

Members can search participating clubs, see available reciprocal tee times, and book approved rounds online.

Instead of submitting a request and waiting for an answer, they can plan their golf travel around access that has already been made available.

2. Complete Control For Clubs

Every club participating in UGP determines:

⛳ When reciprocal tee times are available

⛳ How many tee times are offered

⛳ Its seasonal participation periods

⛳ Its booking restrictions and club policies

Clubs can create meaningful opportunities for visiting members without compromising their own operations, traditions, or member priorities.

The UGP Tee Time Protection Model

Reciprocal access without sacrificing your tee sheet.

Every tee time offered through UGP follows a structured booking window. Members receive sufficient time to plan their visit, while any unfilled inventory automatically returns to the club seven days before play.

This gives clubs the confidence to participate without permanently committing valuable tee-time inventory.

Protecting What Makes Private Clubs Exceptional

Private reciprocal access is reserved exclusively for verified members of participating private clubs. This helps preserve the etiquette, traditions, pace of play, and member culture expected within the private-club environment.

UGP builds on those standards by making reciprocal golf easier to access and manage. Members gain a more convenient way to discover and book reciprocal play, while clubs reduce administration and maintain control over participation.

The result is a more connected international network that enhances member value without compromising the qualities that make each club unique.
